Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely as a hash).
Project Content: Photos, links, notes, documents, and other content you upload to organize your home build.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service to improve the user experience.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, including storing and displaying your content, facilitating guest access sharing, sending invite emails on your behalf, and communicating with you about your account.
We do not sell your personal information. Your project content is shared only with guests you explicitly invite via passcode. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery).
When you invite guests to view your project, they can see the content within that specific project. Guest access is controlled by you and can be revoked at any time by changing your passcode or removing the guest.
Your data is stored securely. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all communications. Uploaded files are stored on our servers and are not publicly accessible without authentication.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed, including projects, rooms, assets, comments, and uploaded files.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through the Account Settings page. You can export your data or delete your account entirely.
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens and guest access tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
