Homestead is a web application designed to help homeowners organize their custom home build journey. The Service allows users to upload, organize, and share photos, links, documents, and other content related to their home building projects.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Homestead a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your authorized guests.
You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or harms other users.
Account holders may share access to their projects via passcodes. Account holders are responsible for managing who has access to their projects and may revoke access at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Account Settings page, which will permanently remove all associated data.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Homestead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
